Among the fundamental questions in business management; what to sell (products), how to make (production) and how to sell (marketing) - - how to make - is not part of the mainline offer I make on value creation through intuitive and prudent management.

 

However, working with the inquisitive tool - how to make - has been good part of my work and consulting experience which has resulted in creating value in terms of product innovations and process cost efficiencies.

 

It is part of the Innovation Scratch Book work I do with Managing Directors. However, objectively researching - how to make - is a complex task and calls for structured and stretched out application of mind.
