Industry leadership is necessarily accomplished with purposeful innovations which arise from systematic efforts in transforming ‘the superior thoughts’ into ‘values for consumers’. While major innovations arise from insightful understanding of consumer needs and constructing products that meet them overwhelmingly a brand is as well admired with associated rewards for smart operation with incremental innovations across functions, more particularly in the way company communicates with its stakeholders.

Feasibility of working with leadership Strategies
Leadership strategies are essentially research and innovation driven. Potential of superior strategies and innovations to endow a brand with leadership character can all be wasted or grossly underutilized unless the management of the company can measure up to the power and character of knowledge driven growth approach.
While I do assess strengths and synergy in the brand equity, the organization, infra and top management staff, I compromise a lot of that against the wisdom quotient of the CEO which is all critical in achieving success. All leadership strategy programs are necessarily built on researched out insights from deeper understanding of the markets and the consumers. Good part of feasibility assessment is done with extended interaction with the CEO on the insights and the imperatives for accomplishing success in a good measure.

COVID19 has disrupted human lives and living and thereby has put businesses across the globe in distress with varying intensities. While most businesses face ‘’hardly – ve’ to ‘extremely – ve’ distress, few businesses are presented with ‘+ ve distress’ demanding management competence to next steps quickly irrespective of the level of distress.
